The Authors are advised to follow the workflow:

  2. Write a draft.
  3. Add the interviewee as a co-author of the post (necessary, unless the interviewee gives up the right).
  4. Edit the post together with the interviewee, add pictures videos etc.
  5. Make the post public. Options:
    1. Viewable to anybody or only to registered users;
    2. Password protected or open.

Rights and responsibilities

  1. Copyright for the content of the interview belongs to the author and the contributor.
  2. Rights for the media (photo, video) belong to the person who has uploaded them.
  3. Responsibility for the content is upon the Author.
  4. Fact checking is the responsibility of the Interviewee.

Role of the Editor

Role of the Editor is not yet well defined. In the future a possible role will be to check the posts before they go public. In this case the capability of publishing may be taken away from the Authors and given only to Editors. The Authors and Contributors will still be able to edit and delete their contributions.
